Presenter Bio:
Mariyah S. Bryant is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The MFactor, a career‑development firm dedicated to helping professionals communicate their strengths and advance with confidence. As a Certified Professional Résumé Writer and LinkedIn Strategist, she specializes in crafting high‑impact résumés, cover letters, and digital profiles that elevate her clients’ visibility in competitive markets.
A proud Prince George’s County native, Mariyah graduated summa cum laude from Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She began her career in financial analysis, holding roles at leading organizations including JPMorgan Chase, Boeing, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Across these positions, she developed deep expertise in financial operations, organizational strategy, and process improvement.
Motivated by a passion for empowering others, Mariyah founded The MFactor to support emerging leaders, especially women and first‑generation professionals, as they navigate career transitions and pursue new opportunities. Her work is grounded in clarity, confidence, and compelling storytelling, helping individuals articulate their value and step boldly into the next chapter of their professional lives.
