Learning Objectives: 

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Apply Personality Coding: Participants will be able to identify Blueprint, Action, Nurturing, and Knowledge personality types within their teams and map these profiles to project roles that enhance clarity, efficiency, and predictability.
• Optimize Role Assignment: Participants will learn how to strategically align project tasks such as documentation, crisis response, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis with the strengths of each B.A.N.K. type to reduce friction and accelerate delivery.
