With this 38 year run by the Current Normandie Farm Restaurant Ownership group coming to an end on the 26th of June, we pay tribute to the 18 years of their partnership with our chapter events with an out-of-cycle Member Appreciation Dinner. We will have 90% of the restaurant reserved for our event and encourage you to join us!

Presentation Abstract: Do you see yourself in any or all of the below??

A solo business owner in the project management space?
Managing projects without a specific management title?
Working with a team you seldom see?
Experiencing a dramatically-altered workspace since March 2020?

If “yes” to any of these, then we’re going to talk about earning followers as a leader of one, leader without title, and leading in a fluid work environment. This program will be both a presentation and conversation about moving projects forward and getting things done in 2022 and beyond.

Note: Much of what you do in the project management space is implementing ideas. Sylvia’s book, “Hey, That’s MY Idea! How to Speak Up and Get Recognized for What You Know and Think”, reveals a process that, when followed stage-by-stage, guides creative people to move their ideas from heads and hearts into action and completion. It will be available for purchase prior to her presentation at the restaurant along with her gift of an Idea Journal ($10 Cash, Venmo for Cash Exchanges will be available on-site)

Presenters Bio:  
Sylvia Henderson, CEO of MindTeam Solutions Inc., focuses on developing leaders and creating engaged, productive organizational environments. She speaks, facilitates, writes, and consults to create workspaces that support professional and personal growth and allow ideas to flourish. Sylvia brings her corporate training, management, and MBA background to work with corporate leaders and C-suite teams. She over-volunteers in community and professional organizations and in her “spare time” may be seen around town driving her motorcycle or quietly catching Star Trek and western shows on television.
