Presentation Abstract:

IT Project Management comes in different facets and often Project Managers don’t need a full technical understanding of the work they are managing. When it comes to the detailed Cyber Security & Information Assurance work that is often a portion of the project, it is often confusing to grasp the tasks and the nature of how to add value and communicate to your Cyber Stakeholders. Join Dr. Kollars for a fun and enlightening evening that will break down some of the Cyber work into more digestible elements and put you in a position to communicate with ease on future projects that have a cyber scope.
