As leaders we often have to deal with issues and personal conflicts outside and within our organization. Trying to avoid the negative will only cause it to grow exponentially and escalate. In this motivational talk I share real- life stories and invite the audience to embrace the negative and view it as an opportunity and an investment in their success as leaders.

1. Discovering your way through listening for what is not being said.
2. Learning how to navigate emotions during difficult conversations and be the ally and not be enemy.
