Presentation Abstract:

Project management is a very demanding profession with some generally agreed upon measures of success. Do your measures of success include factors outside of the project key performance indexes? Are you working on a current project as if your life depends upon it?  Is there something at least equal to, if not more important than the project deliverables, or is this, organizationally speaking, a blasphemous question? The purpose of this session is to provide thought provoking examples that may lead you to take these questions under serious consideration.
