The PMI-Montgomery County Chapter is proud to announce that for the third straight year, through our partnership with the Montgomery County Government Department of General Services, will be offering a two-day Member Appreciation Symposium held at the Silver Spring Civic Building on October 21st and 22nd.  This will be free to valid Chapter Members and at a feasible cost for non-members & guests. This year’s theme is ‘Project Management in the Digital Age’.

We have an outstanding line-up of speakers headlined by Mr. David Epstein, Author of current New York Times Bestseller of ‘Range: Why Generalists Triumph in a Generalized World’ who will be speaking during the morning session of the 1st day on Monday 10/21.  As a gift to attendees, the first 300 attendees who check-in Monday morning will receive a complimentary copy of ‘Range’. Mr. Epstein will do his best to sign every copy at the conclusion of his presentation (Schedule Dependent).

We are honored to welcome back past PMI-Montgomery County Symposium Presenters Dr. Al Zeitoun (2018 PMI Global Board Member) , Mr. Carl Pritchard, Dr. Ken O’Connell (Day #2) and the Leadership Techniques Team (Lisa Hammer & David Newman) back for a return engagement on new topics and programs fitting into the theme.

Daily Schedules w/ times will be posted as soon as all speaking slots are confirmed.

Space is available for 300 members each day. Individual Registration is required for both days. Upon registration capacity being reached, a wait less will be created for each day. We ask all members to be good stewards of their spots and cancel their registration if you end up not being able to attend.
