This session explores how to strike the right balance between the timeless structure of the PMBOK, the accelerating power of Generative AI tools, and the ready‑made efficiency of ProjectManagement.com templates and other modern PM resources. We’ll break down how to use each of these intelligently, without wasting effort, duplicating work, or drowning in documentation. Attendees will learn how to build a streamlined, sustainable PM approach that reduces noise, increases clarity, and keeps teams focused on delivering real value instead of busywork.

Matthew’s extensive credentials including PMP, PMI‑SP, CSM, ITIL Practitioner, and Certified Project Business Professional (CBP), underscore his dedication to elevating organizational performance through disciplined yet compassionate leadership. His 10 years of volunteer leadership within the Project Management Institute, culminating in his role as Chapter President for PMI Montgomery County, showcases his passion for developing professionals and strengthening community impact. Matthew’s mentorship work with adults and youth as well as nonprofit advisory roles further demonstrate his belief that effective leadership begins with service.
