Presenter Biography:

Marcus Parker, PMP, 6SBB, CSM, is an experienced program and project management leader. He is a seasoned professional with demonstrated expertise in leading complex initiatives, optimizing business processes, and applying industry-standard frameworks—including PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile/Scrum—to deliver organizational results. Marcus is currently a Division Chief leading a team 200+ Cyber Security professionals in the Department of War with a strong focus on project leadership, process improvement, and Agile execution.

In addition to his professional roles, he is server’s on Board of Directors of Tower Federal Credit in Laurel MD. He actively involved in the project management community as a Adjunct Professor and Advisor at Morgan State University. He is recognized for his commitment to developing future leaders and sharing best practices.
