Presentation Abstract:

In today’s dynamic business environment, organizations face the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Portfolio governance and project governance serve as pivotal frameworks in navigating this complexity, yet often operate in silos, leading to inefficiencies and disjointed outcomes. Please consider joining us as we explore the imperative of aligning portfolio governance and project governance to establish a cohesive and effective framework that optimizes resource allocation, mitigates risks, and enhances project delivery.

In conclusion, the alignment of portfolio governance and project governance is essential for establishing an effective framework that optimizes resource allocation, mitigates risks, and enhances project delivery. By fostering collaboration, transparency, and alignment between these governance frameworks, organizations can maximize the value derived from their project portfolios and achieve their strategic objectives efficiently and effectively.
