Presenter Bio:
Kevin Eastland is a Senior Director with Gartner Consulting, focusing on the Federal Government sector. He currently covers the Air Force, Space Force, Navy and Marine portfolio for Gartner Consulting. Mr. Eastland has a wealth of experience advising senior Department of Defense (DoD) leaders and leading executive-level IT initiatives in strategy development, sourcing, governance and organizational design. Mr. Eastland joined Gartner in 2019 and works out of the Gartner offices in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Eastland was a Colonel in the United States Air Force. He has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Technology Management from the University of California-Davis and a master’s degree in Transportation Management and Logistics from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Additionally, he graduated from National War College with a master’s degree in National Security Strategy.
