In an era of systemic, multidimensional volatility, the role of procurement has shifted from back-office execution to a front-line strategic defense…and even offense! Organizations are now expected to mitigate supplier risk, ensure ESG compliance, and drive sustainability, all while maintaining rigorous cost control.
At our February ASCM dinner meeting, Doug Keeley of Ivalua, will share his experience and cover key procurement insights & strategies, including:
- Modern Challenges: Navigating supply chain disruptions, regulatory complexity, and the operational risks of siloed data.
- Digital Solutions: Optimizing the source-to-pay process and automating complex workflows for both direct and indirect materials.
- The Future of AI: How AI and intelligent automation are transforming intake management and providing predictive insights for procurement teams.
While digital transformation across the Source-to-Pay landscape is the recognized path to resilience, many teams remain hindered by fragmented data, manual processes, and the complexity of existing technology ecosystems.
Doug Keeley will share case studies and perspectives on how a unified data strategy serves as the foundation for high-performing supply chains. Drawing on his first-hand experience with global enterprise digital transformation, Doug will provide examples of how leading organizations are moving beyond reactive operations to proactive, strategic decision-making and execution, and moving towards an AI-powered future.
With over 20 years of experience in the procurement technology space, Doug leads Ivalua’s Source-to-Contract and Direct Materials solutions. He has accumulated diverse experiences ranging from procurement practitioner, complex SaaS deployments, solution consulting, product research and launch, and thought leadership.
