Presenter Bio:

Karene A. Putney is a motivational speaker, registered with The National Speakers Association, NSA–DC Speaker Academy as well as business etiquette instructor and consultant in intercultural etiquette and protocol.

Driven by her desire to help businesses build a solid team, she launched Etiquette Etiquette
Business Consulting. The firm’s mission is to provide formidable social skills and protocol
training to professionals and organizations with a desire to enhance their performance and/or expand globally.

Karene A. Putney is a Graduate of the Protocol School of Washington®, having specialized in
Intercultural Etiquette and Protocol Training. The Protocol School of Washington® is accredited
by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training [ACCET], an institution
officially recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

The coronavirus pandemic has caused us to pivot online. We now find ourselves having to give lectures /meetings via video conference apps like Zoom. Adjusting to any new environment is tricky, but with proper help, anything is possible. Our presenter Karene A.
