Since its founding in 1998, TEDCO has served as Maryland’s engine for entrepreneurial growth—bridging bold ideas with the resources needed to bring them to market. As the state’s leading source of funding for early-stage, technology-driven ventures, TEDCO plays a pivotal role in cultivating a vibrant, inclusive innovation ecosystem. This session explores how TEDCO accelerates commercialization from Maryland’s universities and federal labs, supports founders across every region, and transforms promising startups into scalable enterprises. Attendees will gain insight into TEDCO’s suite of programs and funds, its strategic approach to tech transfer, and its commitment to building a future where innovation thrives statewide.
