Presenter Bio:
Matt Lowy is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Branch Chief for the Technology & Innovation Branch within the Air Force Headquarters / A1 Directorate. His leadership in digital transformation and talent management has been instrumental in advancing technological solutions within the Air Force. Prior to his current role, Matt spent eight years in the Marine Corps, followed by over a decade as an IT and Knowledge Management Consultant for various federal agencies, including the Navy, TSA, and EPA. His expertise spans project management, scheduling, and service management, holding certifications such as PMP and PMI-SP.
Matt has been an active member of the PMI Montgomery County MD Chapter since 2016, where he initially served as the Vice President of Communication before stepping into the role of Chapter President. His dedication to the project management community is evident in his efforts to foster innovation and collaboration among professionals.
