Presenter Bio:
Mark Levin is a distinguished leader in Membership Marketing and Non-Profit Management, currently serving as the President of B.A.I., Inc. With a career spanning from small member societies to large trade associations, Mr. Levin has a proven track record of helping organizations around the world grow and thrive. His expertise lies in membership development, volunteer and staff training, strategic planning, and marketing products and services.
Mr. Levin’s credentials include the prestigious CAE (Certified Association Executive) and CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designations. He has served as the chief executive for three organizations, held director of membership roles, and contributed to local chapter positions and volunteer assignments at all levels of societies internationally. His reputation is built not just on experience, but also on his unique talent for presenting complex topics in a humorous and engaging manner.
For over 15 years, Mark has been a faculty member of the Institutes for Organization Management, a continuing education program sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Tens of thousands of volunteer and staff leaders from around the globe have benefited from his interactive workshops and keynote presentations. In his previous role as Executive Vice President of the Chain Link Fence Manufacturers Institute, an international trade association, Mark successfully navigated challenging economic times, maintaining 100% membership retention over three years.
Mark is also an award-winning author, with books that have gained acclaim on five continents, recognized for their ability to inspire volunteers and enhance membership retention. His clients range from the American Medical Association to the Australian Society of Association Executives. Mr. Levin’s lifelong goal has been to help organizations grow and retain their membership. He continues to do so by delivering timely and relevant presentations, providing cost-effective consulting services, and developing effective membership growth and retention strategies.
