Presenter: Ms. Hilary Kinney, PMP
Presentation Abstract:

Learn how to leverage your project management expertise to reduce stress and streamline life outside of work. Hear top tips from the book Project Management for Parents, which readers have called a “genius application of project management principles to parenting” that “makes project management come alive.” This popular presentation, first given at International Project Management Day and the PMI Virtual Event Series, will offer easy-to-implement ideas for getting organized and building teamwork at home. After attending, you will know how to engage your family, set priorities, and work together so you have more time to spend on what matters most.

Her career achievements range from facilitating a C-suite-sponsored customer recognition program across 7,000 properties globally, to directing special projects for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company President’s office.
