As the principal of Navigo Coaching, she has spent thousands of hours helping clients around the world create powerful shifts in their lives and reach goals that seemed out of reach. She is the mother of three fabulous children, a business owner, an adventurer in life, and is passionate about redefining possibilities.
With a B.A. in psychology and an M.Ed. w/ a focus in counseling, she is fully accredited and certified ICF Coach and a Master NLP Practitioner. Having seen the challenges of switching gears, she has distilled the necessary lessons allowing her clients to overcome those challenges with greater ease and success.

How fit are you to deal with other people? What is your fitness with groups? And how fit are you for the challenges you are facing tomorrow? No matter where you are, here’s what I know I know about getting fit. Usually, it is not the tools or ideas that we are missing. Usually, we are getting in our own way. Similar to getting fit.
This session is about raising your leadership level. It’s about getting fitter in dealing with other people, dealing with what lies ahead and also getting fitter in dealing with the nagging voice in our own heads that keeps telling us that we’re not ready, not worthy and not good enough.
Come and join me at this special event for the chapter as my presentation will unlock your energy to achieve breakthroughs with anyone, anywhere and any time.
