Ms. Rodden is the Principal of Life Forward, LLC and a certified Life Coach. A long-time member and past Board Officer of the PMI Montgomery County Chapter, she has reinvented herself both professionally and personally and discovered when you approach life with curiosity, conscious choice and a growth mindset – challenges turn into opportunities for success and greater life satisfaction. With her prior career path focused on healthcare management and advocacy in corporate and non-profit settings, she further developed her skills and acumen in organization growth and leadership, mentoring and management development.
