Presenter Bio:
Ronald Weaver is subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of program management and comprehensive knowledge of program scheduling best practices. He has been a certified Project Management Professional since 2005. Mr. Weaver has over 30 years of experience providing program planning, performance management, and process improvement leadership to government and transportation programs, working for Lockheed Martin, Xerox and Conduent. His experience spans the entire project life cycle on system integration, software development, systems engineering, construction and technology implementation programs of various sizes, and complexity. For the past two years Ron has worked for Leonardo DRS Airborne and Intelligence Systems , a global leader and strategic partner committed to delivering world-class, full life-cycle defense and intelligence products that protect the security of our nation and our allies.
