PDU: 1.0 – Leadership
Presenter: Mr. Lee Lambert (PMI Fellow & PMP)
Presentation Abstract:If you are old enough to have watched the 1967 TV show Dragnet, you would remember Jack Webb’s most famous interrogation line; “I just want the truth,
nothing but the truth”.Well, this presentation will examine project management tools, looking for the truth. Lee will capitalize on the knowledge gained on projects and the tools he used during a career that has spanned over five decades. He has a very insightful perspective since he was actually a practitioner when most of today’s PM tools were introduced. Lee will give his candid, and often hilarious, observations regarding the potential value add of today’s tools. Sometimes the truth hurts and some project managers may take exception to the statements made and the “facts” presented.*
You will leave this session feeling as though you have participated in a Sodium Pentothal driven assessment of the project management tools of the trade and
their respective value add.*Statements or claims made during this presentation are those of the presenter and do not reflect or represent those of the Project Management Institute (PMI) or the Montgomery County PMI Chapter.
