Since that transition Mr. Senter has led firms providing high value-added professional services to federal\, state and local government clients with program needs in Planning\, Architecture\, Engineering\, Construction Management\, Anti-terrorism Force Protection\, Congressional Reporting\, Medical Informatics\, Software Development\, Cyber-Security\, Electronic Health Record System implementation\, Cyber Security\, OT Security Engineering. During COVID he supported the Department of Labor helping students safely return to trades training at their 131 campuses across the US and led the implementation of an Electronic Health Record for Detainees at Customs and Border Patrol. He personally led the deployment and staff training for this system at all Border Patrol stations across the Southwest border.\nCurrently Mr. Senter\, in addition to leading the Operations of PCI\, owns a significant interest in a Cybersecurity firm serving the government consulting and critical national infrastructure marketplace.
