From understanding what makes individuals ‘tick’ to helping groups excel\, the onus is on leaders to bring the insight\, emotional intelligence\, and creativity needed to make high performance happen. Fortunately\, the science of behavioral DNA is here to help. Rather than relying on old formulas like – “forming\, storming\, norming\, and performing” – to understand what is going on\, leaders can now use the power of predictive behavioral analytics to diagnose team challenges\, leverage team strengths\, and develop strategies to compensate for team blind spots.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLEARNING OBJECTIVES:\n\n\nKey things the audience will be learning through participating in the session: \n\n\n\n1) The 8 most important team ‘functionalities’ that support this new reality\,\n\n\n2) What specific natural behavioral competencies make each functionality possible\n\n\n3) What the steps involved are in assessing whether a team has what it needs to excel in the functionalities\n\n\n\n4) When to use conscious collaboration\, team member development\, and team redesign to solve chronic team performance issues \n\n\n\n\n\n\n Location:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVirtual (Zoom Conference Link:  Sent out Morning of Meeting – Wed 6 Oct 2021) \nSimulcast held at Normandie Farm Restaurant in Potomac (See In-Person Dinner Registration) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSCHEDULE OF EVENTS \nSocial Hour/Registration Opens @ 5:45pm \nDinner Service Begins @ 6:30pm \nZoom Room Opens @ 7:15pm \nChapter Business Remarks @ 7:30pm \nMs. Canty & Ms. Watts’s Presentation w/ Q&A to follow – 7:40pm \n\nProgram concludes No Later Than @ 9:00pm\n\nNOTICE: The webinar will be recorded and available for viewing and PDU Self-Reporting.
