Understand the structure and intent of the FAC‑P/PM certification framework: Participants will be able to describe the purpose\, levels\, and acquisition‑focused competencies of the Federal Acquisition Certification in Program/Project Management and how it differs from the PMP® framework. \n2. Compare PMP® and FAC‑P/PM approaches to project governance and lifecycle alignment: Participants will be able to identify key similarities and differences between PMBOK‑based project management and the federal acquisition lifecycle\, including terminology\, decision gates\, and stakeholder expectations. \n3.
