This powerful panel brings together seasoned giving circle leaders who exemplify the transformative impact of collective philanthropy. They will share real stories and actionable insights on how giving circles mobilize everyday people to pool their time\, talent\, treasure\, and testimony to strengthen communities and expand who is seen as a philanthropist. From uplifting grassroots solutions to deepening civic engagement and cultivating trust\, these leaders will highlight how the collective model shifts narratives\, moves resources more equitably\, and creates joyful\, community-centered pathways to sustainable change. Baldwin \nByron D. Baldwin is Software Engineer with deep ties to the philanthropic world with a heart for people. As a member of the Next Generation of African American Philanthropist (NGAAP) and A Legacy of Tradition (ALOT-Founding Member) that have invested over $500\,000 in time\, talent\, treasure and testimony in the Raleigh Durham area in NC. He served on the national board for Community Investment Networks (CIN). Over the last 20 years Byron has been instrumental in starting a number of giving circles across the nation by sharing his vast knowledge. Byron owns a bachelor of science degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University. \nJoy B. Webb \nJoy B. Webb is a philanthropic advisor and community catalyst who champions the power of collective giving as a pathway to equity\, liberation\, and sustainable change. As the founder of the Circle of Joy Giving Circle—an intergenerational collective that has invested over $300\,000 into organizations supporting Black youth in Metro Atlanta—Joy has spent more than a decade mobilizing everyday people to pool their time\, talent\, and treasure for deep community impact. She currently serves as the Network Engagement Manager for the Southern Black Girls and Women’s Consortium and Community Investment Network Strategist and  coaches emerging and evolving giving circles across the country. With 15 years of marketing experience and multiple philanthropic leadership certifications\, Joy blends strategy\, storytelling\, and community-centered practice to help donors\, partners\, and networks embrace collective philanthropy as both tradition and transformative power. Her work is rooted in joy\, connection\, and the belief that we are strongest when we give together. \nKelli West \nKelli West is a nonprofit professional and project manager with a focus on community-led investment and empowerment. She currently works with IBBG\, where she leads initiatives to support Black women\, femmes\, and girls in Nebraska through grantmaking\, organizational development\, and community engagement. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is passionate about leveraging community-centered approaches to strengthen organizations\, improve outcomes\, and transform philanthropic systems. \nTerry Love  \nTerry Love is a Sr. Principal at TI Consultants\, a global change management and business strategy consulting firm specializing in Six Sigma methodology. He is an expert at helping clients manage geographical\, physical and emotional elements of change management within and across company cultures. \nThe founder of two Donor Advised Funds held at ACF: The Love Endowment and The Love Fund\, Terry has provided a wealth of knowledge and experience to the global philanthropic sector by bringing forth and working to implement models of collective giving and educating internationally on the importance of and strategies for engaging a more diverse donor network. Terry currently resides outside of Houston\, Texas\, and is Chair Emeritus of The Community Investment Network\, a former member of the BPI Taskforce at ACF\, a founder of REAP (Real Engagement through Active Philanthropy)\, and serves on boards across the nation including Duke Houston.
