His leadership in digital transformation and talent management has been instrumental in advancing technological solutions within the Air Force. Prior to his current role\, Matt spent eight years in the Marine Corps\, followed by over a decade as an IT and Knowledge Management Consultant for various federal agencies\, including the Navy\, TSA\, and EPA. His expertise spans project management\, scheduling\, and service management\, holding certifications such as PMP and PMI-SP. \nMatt has been an active member of the PMI Montgomery County MD Chapter since 2016\, where he initially served as the Vice President of Communication before stepping into the role of Chapter President.
