Presentation Abstract: Time and effort needs to be invested in team building however we don't always have budget available to help us do this important task. This presentation will focus on low cost ways to team build. No budget for a self-assessment? Find out how to ask the right questions and team building exercises to identify your teams' strengths, interests, and needs and how to use this knowledge to build better teams. This discussion will include the importance of team building to project success and how to develop your own list of low cost team building efforts. Participants will leave with actionable steps to utilize with their project teams.

Presenter Bio: Natalya H. Bah provides her clients with team building, training and strategic advising services utilizing her passion about project management, leadership development and goal setting. In addition to being a certified project manager, Natalya is also a certified Birkman Method © consultant. She utilizes this self-assessment along with her Define and Achieve Your Goals Process™ with her diverse set of clients. The individuals and organizations she works with come from a variety of industries such as construction, legal, government contracting and non-governmental organizations. Natalya is the co-author of two books in the Success Mindsets and Accelerators Series- The Power of Perspective and The Power of Passion. Natalya has been self-employed for ten years and previously served as a consultant for private and public sector clients. Natalya received her Master of Science degree in Project Management from GW’s School of Business and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Natalya is based in Bethesda, Maryland and spends up to four months a year living and working in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
