Presentation Abstract: The PMI-MontCo Chapter often have speakers that highlight techniques, frameworks and metholodgies for mastering the wild world of Project Management. Join us for a discussion on the leading software and tools that are maximizing the skills and potential of the Project Management community. 

A portion of the presentation will be on Oracle's Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Solution Suite. Learn how the P6 solution serves both the waterfall and Agile communities as well as other tools that may serve smaller challenges. This program will be highly interactive, engaging and you will have a lot of fun. 

Presenter Bio: Mr. Hart & Mr. Hughes currently are Senior Product Specialist with CDP, Inc. In this capacity, they hold responsibility for training,support and deployment services associated with flagship partnerships with Oracle/Primavera Project Management and Scheduling, InEight Hard Dollar Cost Estimating, Kahau Project and Contract Management and Collaboration, Phoenix Project Management, and InEight InfinyD BIM Modeling and Project Management. 

Both routinely teaches classes in project scheduling and consults with CDP clients on best practices and trouble- shooting complex schedules. In addition, their over 50 years of experience in construction and engineering design provide a valuable resource to the CDP client base in all of the application areas of the flagship partners.

NOTICE: The cost for dinner is $30 for PMI Montgomery County, MD Chapter members and $40 for non-members & guests. The cost of the dinner will be the same regardless if you pay in advance online or in person at the door.
